n\u2019est plus une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, car tout recours \u00e0 une pince est \u00e9vit\u00e9. Des disques plus fins peuvent ainsi \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s, permettant une \u00e9conomie de mati\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un <span class=\"s1\"><b>gel profond du noyau<\/b><\/span> et une <span class=\"s1\"><b>reposition facile<\/b><\/span> pour l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les <span class=\"s1\"><b>mandrins de cong\u00e9lation GFR-20-IOL<\/b><\/span> sont interchangeables afin de s\u2019adapter aux diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de fabrication. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le mandrin utilis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re face est plat pour correspondre \u00e0 la surface du disque brut, tandis que les mandrins pour la seconde face sont usin\u00e9s avec une <span class=\"s1\"><b>empreinte miroir du profil de la lentille<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un <span class=\"s1\"><b>dispositif optionnel de centrage externe<\/b><\/span>, le positionnement des disques usin\u00e9s peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 facilement. Le d\u00e9blocage est encore plus simple en inversant le flux d\u2019air pour passer du refroidissement au d\u00e9givrage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c0 l\u2019origine d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es pour une utilisation dans les ateliers de l\u2019industrie a\u00e9rospatiale, ces plaques de cong\u00e9lation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9es dans des secteurs fabriquant des
