Using only compressed air, AMCC's frost plates can be used for milling, turning, grinding and diamond grinding, among other applications.
A very simple procedure:

Connect the appliance to the compressed air network

Spray the freezer plate with water
3
Place the workpiece
4
Operate the freeze/thaw lever
5
In just a few seconds, the water freezes and the room is clamped.

Unlocking is just as quick and is done by reversing the manoeuvre.
As the thickness of the water under the part is zero, repeatability in ''Z'' depends only on the reference frame.
