Usage
A very fast implementation
Using only compressed air, AMCC's freezing plates are used in milling, turning, grinding, and diamond machining, among other applications.
A very simple procedure:

Connect the device to the compressed air network
2
Spray water onto the freezing plate.
3
Place the workpiece
4
Engage the gel/defrost lever
5
In a few seconds the water freezes and the room is bridged
6
The unlocking, just as fast, is done by reversing the maneuver
With no water thickness under the part, repeatability in ‘Z’ depends only on the reference system.
